How to use chilli oil?
Growing up we had staple items in our household, whilst most Australian’s had Rosella tomato sauce, we had our homemade chili oil, oh yes mums special recipe and I would put it on everything! How fortunate my childhood was to be introduced to such an amazing culture of food and just when you think the ABCs (Australian Born Chinese) cannot integrate their culinary flavours, there we were as kids, mixing mums chili oil with Rosella tomato sauce.
